ZNC-514 14ch NMEA Combiner(Multiplexer)

ZNC-514 14ch NMEA Combiner (Multiplexer) has 14 NMEA 0183 input ports and Ethernet / RS 422 / RS 232 / NMEA 2000 (optional) outputs.

This is very useful for interfacing most navigation and communication equipment with such as ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System), VDR (Voyage Data Recorder) and RADAR, because one ZNC-514 provides all NMEA 0183 data for many equipment simultaneously.

ZNC-514 provides NMEA 0183 data through Ethernet with TCP/IP-UDP port and RS 422 / RS 232 simultaneously, and through optional NMEA 2000.

Is is designed to considering high reliability and IEC61162-1/2 standard.

1. Features

ZNC-580 8ch NMEA Combiner(Multiplexer)

ZNC-580 8ch NMEA Combiner(Multiplexer) combines up to 8 NMEA 0183 input data and output it through 2 NMEA 0183 output ports and 1 RS232 port.

This is very useful for equipment such as ECDIS and VDR which are required to receive various NMEA 0183 data from many devices(multiple talkers – single or multiple listeners environment).

ZNC-580 has the function of NMEA data filtering for each input and output port and it allows to filter out unwanted NMEA data, hence can reduce the traffic combined NMEA data output.

3) Input Power
1. Features
1) Combines enough 8 NMEA input data and output it through 3 independent output ports.
2) All input and output ports have own “Filter table” for either passing or filtering NMEA data.
   - This allows to filter out unwanted NMEA data and reduce the combined NMEA data output.
3) If error rate of each input data exceeds pre-defined error rate, audible and visible alarm is on.
   - This alerts to do preventive maintenance, and the system reliability is able to be upgraded.
4) One RS232 serial port is available for connection to a personal computer or other RS232 device.
5) Easy configuration through RS232 port with using PC and standard program such Hyper-terminal.
6) All NMEA input ports are Opto-isolated for fully compliant with NMEA 0183 standard, and protected from over voltage.

ZNU-410 4ch NMEA to USB Multiplexer

ZNU-410 4ch NMEA USB Multiplexer receives data from up to 4 NMEA 0183 devices and output it through one USB port. 1st input port is bi-directional(both Rx/Tx) port, and it is able to be used general USB to Serial interface for PC has no COM port.

ZNU-410 supports VCP(Virtual COM Port) mode, and each port is assigned as COMn ~ COMn+3 at USB Host computer. To interface with more than four NMEA 0183 devices, two or more ZNU-410 may be used simultaneously.

This is no required to set up hardware, and all parameters of serial communication are configured by host computer through USB.

It is designed for considering high reliable and compliance with IEC61162 standard.

ZMG-320 Multi-Protocol Gateway

ZMG-320 Multi-Protocol Gateway is basically a NMEA-0183 serial to/from Ethernet(TCP/IP UDP) Gateway.

It is able to process all types of serial signals such Binary Data, Modbus-ASCII and Modbus-RTU.

In addition, the ZMG-320 Multi-Protocol Gateway has IEC61162-450 protocol capability, which is very useful for connection non-networked equipment to IEC61162-450 ship navigation and communication network. It also has the function of converting CAN signal to/from Serial and Ethernet.

It is designed for high reliable and compliance to international standard, the firmware is easily field upgradeable and will be continuously upgraded through customer requirements monitoring.
